ENOUGH RESISTANCE STRENGTH – Our resistance bands with bar provide three sets of six resistance bands (15 pounds, 20 pounds, 25 pounds each bands), which can provide resistance training with a minimum of 30 pounds and a maximum of 120 pounds to meet the needs of people with different strengths.
